Making News Making History Gala at The Reach



Gala dinner in celebration of Abbotsford News' 90th Anniversary exhibition



Abbotsford, B.C. - Celebrate ninety years of Abbotsford's history and the Abbotsford News at a Gala Dinner on Saturday, September 8, 2012 to support The Reach Gallery Museum. Dine on a sumptuous meal by Chef Michael Dicks of Culinary Touch Catering inspired by ninety years of Abbotsford history.



This wonderful evening presented by Hank and Elaine Funk and The Reach will feature entertainment, a silent auction and engaging speakers. At the dinner, held in The Great Hall of The Reach, guests will dine on food and drink with a uniquely local focus.



The event is being held in coordination with an exhibition entitled Our Communities Our Stories: Making News Making History at The Reach from June 28 to September 9, 2012. The exhibition chronicles important events in the history of Abbotsford over the last 90 years and the history of the Abbotsford News.



The early bird ticket prices to the dinner are $95/individual or $700 for a table of eight until July 19. Between July 20 and September 4, tickets prices will be $125/individual or $950 for a table of eight.
