Thanks to many of you who have responded with keen interest. As you all 
are aware, the Awards Event is planned for November 23rd 2012. 

The Event will take place from 6:30-8:30 PM with refreshments and musical 
performance. Please see the attached. 

It's an event open to the public with no charges or fees. You will soon be 
receiving an invitation. This communication is to kindly request you to mark 
your calendars.
