The 2012/13 program guidelines and application forms to assist in completing applications for Professional Project Assistance for Museums - Visual Arts Organizations, are now available to download from the BC Arts Council website at: www.bcartscouncil.ca<http://www.bcartscouncil.ca/guidelines/organizations/museums/museums_visualarts_proj_assistance.htm> .

Please note that the deadline for submitting an application for 2012/13 is October 15, 2012.

The British Columbia Arts Council invites you to submit your application electronically via the Electronic Application System.  We continue to develop and improve the electronic system to better meet the needs of our users and welcome your comments and feedback at bcartscouncil at gov.bc.ca<mailto:bcartscouncil at gov.bc.ca>.  We are encouraging the use of the system's attachment option to eliminate the formatting restrictions experienced in the previous version.  If you choose to submit your application electronically, please refer to the Technical Guide<http://www.bcacapplications.gov.bc.ca/technical_guide.htm> to ensure you have the technical environment to use the system successfully and to the User Guide<http://www.bcacapplications.gov.bc.ca/Electronic%20Application%20Guide.pdf> for general information.  The online application form will be available at www.bcacapplications.gov.bc.ca<http://www.bcacapplications.gov.bc.ca> from September 14, 2012 until October 15, 2012.

To access an electronic application, you require a USER ID and PASSWORD which is unique to your organization.  If you do not have a User ID and password, please contact mailto:bcartscouncil at gov.bc.ca and it will be e-mailed to you.

If you choose to submit your application electronically and encounter difficulties while doing so, please contact the BC Arts Council in Victoria at 250-356-1718.
