[BCMA] Athabasca University Accepting Registrations for Sept. Heritage Resources Management Classes

Athabasca University is currently accepting registrations for thirteen undergraduate and graduate courses in Heritage Resources Management, including grouped study classes which start in September.

Graduate courses are open to any student holding a degree, and include the Fall Semester classes HERM 501, Issues in Heritage Resources Management and HERM 542, Issues in Planning Historic Places.  The registration deadline for these grouped study courses is August 1.  As well, HERM 512, Advanced Methods in Heritage Research is open for continuous enrollment and students may begin studies in this class at the start of each month. Undergraduate students may choose from nine different Heritage Resources Management courses, covering topics which include interpretation, conservation, collections management, heritage policy in Canada, professional ethics in heritage practice, heritage research, and planning historic places.  All undergraduate HERM classes offer flexibility through an individualized study format, and are open for continuous enrollment. All classes are equally open to visiting students and also to AU program students in either the undergraduate University Certificate in Heritage Resources Management or the graduate Post-Baccalaureate Diploma.
