[BCMA] Suggestions for Replacing Database System

We use Access.  Its very reasonable, especially if you get your software 
through Tech-Soup.  It plays well with others in that it outputs to a 
number of different formats that can later be taken up by other 
programs.  It is completely integrated with the rest of the Microsoft 
Office Pro pack which at $35 from Tech-Soup can't be beat.  You can make 
it as simple or as complicated as you like.
