[BCMA] PSA - Canada Day Celebration at Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse NHS

Canada Day Celebrations at Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse NHS –
Monday July 1

Canada Day celebrations for the Western Communities will be held on the
grounds of Fort Rodd Hill National Historic Site from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00
p.m.  Come enjoy the impressive gun salute, have a piece of the giant
birthday cake, let your children participate in fun activities, learn about
World War II rationing—a demonstration by the Victoria-Esquimald Military
Re-enactors Association— and enjoy live music. Parka, our Parks Canada
mascot, will be on site. Children can pick-up a copy of the Xplorer
activity booklet and obtain a reward after completion.
Free shuttle bus service from Juan de Fuca park-and-ride to Fort Rodd Hill.
Admission and a piece of the giant cake are FREE on July 1. No pets
