[BCMA] Canada Summer Jobs

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

We had been cut completely as well but fortunately, our MP went to bat 
for us and we got 2 of the 3 positions we had applied for.  The person 
we are dealing with at Canada Summer Jobs is unhelpfully located in 
Calgary and doesn't seem to know anything about much of anything.  I 
haven't been able to find out if there is a major unannounced cut this 
year but that's what I suspect.
