[BCMA] Available - Player Piano late 1800's

Hello All!


There is a family in Osoyoos seeking a good home for an 1890's Heintzman Piano, made in Toronto Ontario and patented March 1896. Serial no.  50179

It was converted to a player piano at a later date, and comes with 45 rolls of words and music.
Recipient  would be responsible for moving costs, and the owner would like a tax receipt for $4500. 
I have no information on the provenience.
It must be removed from the premises by November 15.
