The Friends of Fort Steele Society is a not-for-profit society dedicated to
conserving, presenting and teaching the history of Fort Steele and the
Kootenays on behalf of the Province of British Columbia, the Kootenay
Community and the members of the society.  The Friends will strive to
develop mutually rewarding relationships with its employees, members,
partners, suppliers and visitors.  High standards for safety and ethical
conduct are components of all of our activities.

Currently we are now recruiting for a variety of seasonal, part time, and
full time positions in the following areas;

·         Education and Interpretation Officers

·         Food Services

·         Heritage Trades

·         Livestock

·         Maintenance

·         Railway

·         Theatre

·         Visitor Reception Centre
