[BCMA] Interactive Displays

Hi Tammy,

I just completed Richmond's Sports Wall of Fame at the Oval, which has a
kiosk component that NGX Interactive developed the software for.  I did not
work with them on the kiosk directly, but heard they were great to work
with.  Our team here has also been in recent talks with NGX for upcoming
interactive touch screens at Britannia.  They seem to be very knowledgeable
and capable of providing a series of options to suit various price points.
