Subject: Call for Expressions of Interest - Deadline March 13th

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Ministry of Education is looking for expressions of interest from
non-profit organizations to propose a project for an audience of Francophone
parents, educational staff or students in British Columbia. Such projects
should aim to promote or establish educational programs in French, enable
the promotion of the French language and Francophone cultures, and/or
establish a closer connection between education and communities.

In order to be considered, the project must meet the following criteria:

*         The project must take place in Canada and must identify British
Columbia's Francophone population as its target audience;

*         French must be the language used for communication with the target
audience;

*         The project must be carried out between March 14, 2016, and June
30, 2017;

*         The financial contribution of the Ministry of Education must not
exceed $55,000;

*         The project must have at least one other source of funding, either
a monetary or/and an in kind contribution. (In kind contributions are
non-monetary resources that the organization would provide to support the
project.)
