[BCMA] POSTING: Museum Design Supervisor

The Burnaby Village Museum is looking for a Design Supervisor involved in the production, installation, preparation, repair, and maintenance of museum displays and graphic materials.  The successful candidate will develop designs and conceptual plans for museum exhibits and special event decorations; construct props and mounts, as well as prepare a range of graphic design and signage.  Special emphasis is spent on helping to design and plan for new exhibits or to improve existing ones, including traditional museum exhibits, recreated heritage environments, and seasonal event decor.  Working alongside and directing temporary staff and contractors to help with the production of these exhibits is required.
