The City of Surrey is seeking the services of a consultant to undertake a variety of Heritage and Museum services research and review. These services are ancillary to a broader strategic planning process, including a facility and services needs assessment and community engagement program, which support the development of a new Parks, Recreation and Culture Strategic Plan.
