[BCMA] Data bases

Hello all I need some advice.

This is a tiny museum with a lot of bits of information and a stack of
boxes of more. I have some in Excel, some in word, some hardcopy.

At this point the files have not been digitalized and the newly built GHPM
website is awaiting uploading to the community's website. Those
files included are separate documents not currently linked.

Before I tackle the boxes which officially begins the Archives component of
the project I need a data base and a retrieval system. Money is available
but not a lot and it would perhaps be better spent on hiring someone to
upload it all.

Any suggestions welcome
