[BCMA] museum software question

Hi there,
I am looking for software for a touch screen monitor that will allow a selection of movies to be played within our interpretive space. It needn't be anything too fancy, just a start menu screen with the selection of films and then the ability to pause, stop, rewind, forward.
I'm curious to know what other museums and archives are using, and whether anyone has any recommendations, positive or negative.
