Hello,

The BCMA is celebrating 60 years this year! Starting in April, and running
through to our conference in October, we would like to look back on our
first 60 years and celebrate some our province's museum and cultural sector
on social media. What better way to mark this occasion than sharing
stories and images on Throwback Thursdays?

Do you have stories from past conferences that are too good not to share?
Do you have an image from your museum's opening? Do you have a staff or
volunteer who has served the industry for years and years? We want to see,
hear, and share them! We'll also be looking back at the BCMA, sharing
content from old issues of Roundup and from our own archives.

Send your stories and images to bfast at museumsassn.bc.ca and we'll start
sharing next month!

Want to share your own stories on Throwback Thursdays? Use the hashtags
#BCMA60 and #BCMuseums (and don't forget #TBT) or tag us in your posts to
make sure we see them. New to our social media channels or want to follow
what we're up to? Like us on Facebook (
https://www.facebook.com/BCMuseumsAssn/) and follow us on Twitter (
https://twitter.com/BCMuseumsAssn).

Thanks for sending us your 60th anniversary stories, we look forward to
looking back with you!
