The Board of Directors for the Lake Country Heritage and Cultural Society
(LCHCS) would greatly appreciate if  any members of the BCMA Listserv would
willingly complete the following questionnaire. If so, please copy and paste
into the body of a new email and respond with your answers to

4.       What percentage of your overall budget does this funding account
for? %

 

5.       What is the population of the municipality or regional district you
serve? #

 

6.       How many guests attended your facility in the most recent fiscal
year? #

 

7.       Would you like a copy of the results of this survey? (Yes/No) 

 

Results will be compiled by the LCHCS Board and will be used specifically to
pursue additional funding from the District of Lake Country to help support
the operation of the Lake Country Museum and Archives.
