Put your innovation project in the spotlight!

The GLAMi Awards recognize and celebrate the most innovative projects in the cultural heritage sector of the past year. Any museum, gallery, library or archive (GLAM) institution may submit their 2017-18 projects (April 2017-April 2018) for an award. Agencies and media producers may submit their work in collaboration with their client institutions.

The GLAMi Awards were previously known as the Best of the Web<https://museumsandtheweb.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=71f2b910406e41b9c635e9fc4&id=fb3218cc77&e=30b79129de> (BOW) Awards, introduced in 1997 at the first Museums and the Web conference, when the word “Web” in a museum was almost synonymous with “innovation.” Today, MW conferences have come to represent innovation in the cultural sector at large, much of which happens beyond the web and outside of museums, so in 2016 we relaunched the Awards as the GLAMies to share the best projects across the sector at galleries, libraries, museums, and archives worldwide.
