[BCMA] Book Launch and Signing with historian Ken Mather at O'Keefe Ranch, Vernon BC

O’Keefe Ranch is pleased to announce the launch of historian Ken Mather’s
newest book, *Trail North: The Okanagan Trail of 1858-68 and its Origins in
British Columbia and Washington*. Mather worked as Curator and Manager of
the O’Keefe Ranch from 1984-2004, and now holds the title of Curator
Emeritus. He has published extensively on the history of BC ranching, and
writes a weekly column in the Vernon *Morning Star* entitled “Ranch Tales”.
 You can also catch Mather every Friday night in July and August performing
cowboy poetry with Canada’s Famous Cowboy Dinner Show at O’Keefe Ranch.

Join us for an evening of live music, food and drink as we celebrate
Mather’s newest academic contribution to the history of British Columbia.
Admission to this event is free; there will be books for sale and a cash
bar.
