[BCMA] CRA depreciation of heritage buildings?

Hi, all. Our museum's main building in the Kootenays is 101 years of 
age, and we are wondering whether, with reference to our CRA returns, we 
should be calculating depreciation or appreciation. We would very much 
appreciate your experienced thoughts on this. Arguably, the building 
becomes more, rather than less, valuable with time.
