[BCMA] Collections Policy Legal Advice

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

The Princeton and District Museum and Archives Society has spent a great
deal of time and effort developing an updated Collection Policy. We took
the best parts of all of the relevant Canadian documents we could find and
combined this with guidance from the CRA (yes, we are a Charity). Knowing
that the Collection Policy and the Society Bylaws are probably the two most
important guiding documents in a Society like ours, and knowing that
frequently, major changes to Bylaws are reviewed by a lawyer (with
non-profit knowledge), would it be wise to have our new policy reviewed?
