The CARFAC-RAAV Fee Schedule has a new home for our payment guidelines for artists:

The CARFAC-RAAV Minimum Recommended Fee Schedule applies to visual and media artists, and it is widely recognized as the industry standard which is developed and generally agreed to by the sector. These payments include royalties for the exhibition and reproduction of an artist’s work, as well as various professional services fees.
As you know, the CARFAC-RAAV Fee Schedule was previously located at www.carcc.ca<http://www.carcc.ca>, the former website of Copyright Visual Arts (CARCC). Copyright Visual Arts has a new website (www.cova-daav.ca<https://carfac.us18.list-manage.com/track/click?u=ce5f1b5ea3199a362745f9957&id=b569926ea5&e=7804fb828e>) and its own guidelines for royalties, and they negotiate them directly with presenters on behalf of their affiliated members.
Therefore, we have found a new home for our Fee Schedule: www.carfac-raav.ca<https://carfac.us18.list-manage.com/track/click?u=ce5f1b5ea3199a362745f9957&id=758192a807&e=7804fb828e>. Please adjust your bookmarks and weblinks accordingly.
A proposal with various changes was presented to the members of CARFAC for a vote at our AGM on September 28, 2019. The changes were approved, and they will be in effect on January 1, 2020 for a period of four years, with a 2% annual increase in each year.

Le barème des tarifs minimums recommandés de CARFAC et RAAV, qui s’applique aux artistes en arts visuels et médiatiques, est largement reconnu et généralement accepté en tant que norme du secteur des arts visuels et médiatiques. Ces tarifs comprennent des redevances pour l’exposition et la reproduction de toute œuvre artistique, ainsi que divers honoraires pour services professionnels.

Comme vous le savez, le barème tarifaire de CARFAC-RAAV était auparavant accessible sur www.carcc.ca<http://www.carcc.ca>, l'ancien site Web de CARCC, aujourd’hui Droits d’auteur Arts visuels.
