[BCMA] Large and small miscellaneous items available for transfer

Hello Everyone,

The Central BC Railway and Forestry has recently reevaluated our
collecting mandate and have decided to deaccession some fire
department items, mining items, agricultural items and other
miscellaneous items.
We have also decided to downsize our track speeder collection and we have
three speeders available for transfer.
 Attached are lists of items available for transfer with pictures.
