[BCMA] FW: Emailing: IMG_0250, IMG_0246, IMG_0247, IMG_0249

Hi, everyone,

We have someone wanting to pass on a few collections of objects - one of
soapstone carvings, another of jade carvings, and several stamp collections
produced by Excelsior Collectors Guild (Penny Black, Penny Red/Penny Blue,
Story of Canada, Living treasures of Asia, Royal International Gold
Collection, great Firsts in Aviation).

She tells me that the jade and soapstone carvings were acquired when she and
her husband lived in Cassiar in the early to mid-1980s, the soapstone from a
little First Nations gift shop and the jade from a shop in Jade City. I know
the soapstone may not actually be either soapstone or hand-carved, but I
have not actually examined either collection personally so can't offer any
more information than that - though photos are attached.

She brought in the stamp collections for me to look at, and they are all in
excellent condition, with full bindings and presentation folders and
certificates of authenticity from Excelsior Collectors' Guild.

These are not something we can accept into our collection, but I said I
would try to find someone who could give them a good home...any suggestions?
