[BCMA] new Canadian Heritage contact for Museums Assistance Program (MAP)

Dear heritage community,

This is my last week as your Museums Assistance Program (MAP) program officer.  It is bittersweet as I have loved this opportunity to support the sector I care so much about.  But I'll continue to be a regular museum visitor so am sure I'll see many of you as the covid restrictions ease and we all get back out there!
