[BCMA] work environment policies

Hello and Happier New Year
I curate a very small ethnic museum in Victoria, BC that is part of a
cultural not-for-profit. Our summer students are our only employees.
As part of our CanadaSummerJobs application work environment and diversity,
equality, inclusion are requested.
Does anyone have concise policies in these areas they are willing to share?
