[NPSBC] NPSBC AGM?

Can anyone tell us if the NPSBC has an Annual General Meeting planned in the
next few months, and if so, when and where it will be? The society website
does not list ANY future events, field trips or otherwise, at the moment.

 

In 2010 and 2011, we had 2-day AGMs including field trips  (at Duncan in
2010 and Penticton in 2011).  These events were greatly appreciated by all
who attended, and I assumed that the plan was to continue similar annual
events in the future. However, if we do have such events, I think it's
important to announce the date and location at least 2 months in advance, so
that people can make reservations, or at least avoid making other
commitments for that weekend.

 

If anyone on the Board can let us know what the plans are for 2013, it would
be much appreciated. I'm sure I'm not the only member who is wondering about
this.
