[BCMA Members Only] Looking for advice on how to employ a caretaker

I am not sure exactly who told us we could not do this. I was talking to
our organization president and she informed me that she had received a
phone call from some government representative. I can't remember the
specific source. The person did tell her that we might get sued for
overtime wages by the people we select to live in the house. As we are new
members of BCMA, I suggested we contact other members via Listserv and
volunteered to initiate the process. I have been forwarding responses to
our president and will be in touch with her tomorrow.
Thanks for your help.
