Not sure how much you need but call some of the commercial Electrical 
Contractors in the yellow pages.  We had some restorations done a few years ago 
and, as it was extensive, were able to contract with one located in Surrey.  As 
they have relocated to another area not sure if they are still available.  
Contact us at our Email below and I can give the name.  Some contractors do the 
work as a public service for a small profit.  Hope this helps.
