Rustle through the attic! Dust off that antique in the basement! Bring 
out your family heirlooms and favorite collectibles! The Delta Museum 
and Archives* *is hosting two *Antique Identification and Appraisal 
Clinics* on March 8, from 10 a.m. to Noon and from 1 to 3 p.m.

Well-known antiques appraiser Al Bowen is able to identify and date 
objects from any historical period and will provide a detailed history, 
description and verbal appraisal of your objects. If you want to have 
larger items such as Grandma’s player piano appraised, please bring 
photographs only.

More than just providing a market value for your object, Bowen shares 
his amazing wealth of knowledge through entertaining anecdotes from more 
than 30 years in the appraisal of antiques business. After your objects 
have been appraised, stick around, have a cup of tea and listen to Mr. 
Bowen’s wealth of information about other people’s treasures.

*The cost is $12.00 per person, which includes a verbal identification 
and appraisal of two objects*. Additional objects are $5.00 each to a 
maximum of four objects. Observers are welcome at $5 per person.* 
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required by March 1. *During the 
program, you will be called in sequence by the number on your ticket.**
