The Coquitlam Heritage Society, located in Coquitlam, British Columbia,
is rebuilding itself to fulfill the heriage needs of the community.
Mackin House Museum is a corner stone of the building blocks.
This is a challenging opportunity for an Executive Director with 10 -15
years of experience in educational, historical related programming,
supervision, and volunteer management. In this role you will work
closely with a Board of Directors to implement the strategic plan for
the Society and build partnerships with communities and heritage
organizations in the Coquitlam area. This is a full time salaried
position with responsibility for building the infrastructure of the
organization, overseeing and supporting events, programming,
fundraising, financial management and communications.
The Board is looking for a motivated individual, skilled in building and
developing partnerships with the ability to work independently and make
effective and timely decisions. The successful candidate will have 7+
years in an equivalent position with a not-for-profit organization.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
