The Surrey Art Gallery's mission is to engage the public in an ongoing
dialogue about issues and ideas that affect our community as expressed
through contemporary art, and to provide opportunities for the public to
interact with artists and the artistic process. It accomplishes these
aims through exhibitions, programs and publications of contemporary art.
The Gallery has proactively responded to new developments in art and has
provided visitors with opportunities to learn about and experience
contemporary art in all media from ceramics to digital technology.

The Curator of Exhibitions and Collections operates at an advanced

implementation of contemporary art exhibitions and related community
programs and services for the Surrey Art Gallery.
