>From time to time, the BC Arts Council has assisted us under the Project
Assistance program, in a modest way.
This year, in spite of an extended, elaborate application system, our
miniscule request has been denied.
Fortunately, we did not directly suffer through this rejection, the losers
are the contributors and assistants to our exhibit who understood they would
only be paid if we received funding.
