    Thanks for any help you can provide enabling us to acquire info to operate our Museum more efficiently.  


    Not sure *exactly* what we're needing but I think sample policies & procedures documents should address: 


    1.   How to operate a small museum efficiently and cohesively, involving 
    directors, members, and summer staff 
         
    2.   Duties of individual directors, e.g., President, V.P., Secretary, Treasurer, Directors at Large 
         
    3.   Duties and parameters of various committees, e.g., fund-raising, 
    hiring, acquisitions 
         
    4.   Processes for solving disputes arising from not having, in writing, 
    any of the above. 


    We would appreciate any Museum sharing with us their already-in-place 
    Policies and Procedures Manual which we could customize for our own Museum.
