[BCMA] re retirement

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

I will miss Joyce!!! She was a great help when I was researching the 
photographer William Jefferson Carpenter in Trail and Rossland.  I wish 
Joelle Hodgins the best... she goes to a wonderful community museum, in 
the extraordinary place that is  Rossland.
