[BCMA] re retirement

My sentiments exactly, Roger.  Joyce will be missed in the Kootenays.  Her 36-year career left a lasting impression on the community of Rossland, and she is a wealth of knowledge for museum and archives professionals in this area of the province.

The Trail Historical Society wishes her all the best in her retirement.

I will miss Joyce!!! She was a great help when I was researching the photographer William Jefferson Carpenter in Trail and Rossland.  I wish Joelle Hodgins the best... she goes to a wonderful community museum, in the extraordinary place that is  Rossland.
