[BCMA] Fort Nelson Heritage Museum - Summer Job Opportunities

 THE FORT NELSON HISTORICAL SOCIETY IS HIRING!
-preserving the past for the future

 We are currently seeking employees to fill the following positions at the Fort Nelson Heritage Museum for the 2018 season: 

1. MUSEUM TOUR GUIDES
Successful applicants will conduct tours for visitors around the museum and grounds,assist in the gift shop, and assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the museum (indoors/outdoors).  These positions can be full or part time and offer a competitive hourly wage of between $12.00 - $14.00

 2. MUSEUM SUPERVISOR 
Successful applicants will be responsible for daily opening and closing procedures,assigning tasks to staff, conducting tours for visitors, assisting in the gift shop, assisting with general cleaning and maintenance of the museum(indoors/outdoors), and supervising other staff. 
These positions are full time and offer a competitive hourly wage of $16.00

Some Positions dependent on funding and the following eligibility criteria:
 Must be a Canadian student, legally entitled to study and work in Canada. You must be registered in the Young Canada Works inventory at www.youngcanadaworks.ca
 and you must be between the ages of 16 and 30. You must also have been a full-time student in the semester preceding the YCW job and intend to return to full-time studies in the semester following the YCW job. You must be willing to commit to a work assignment up to 16 weeks.

 When: Mid May to Late August/Early September
