[BCMA] sharing a report on Indigenous cultural heritage

Hi all,
I wanted to share with you a report on Indigenous Gatherings on Cultural
Heritage that I helped work on for Parks Canada. Although the discussion
was based on Parks Canada's cultural heritage work, I think there is much
that is applicable to other historic sites and museums. I hope you find it
useful.
