[BCMA] Filming Collections

Hello all,

We in Trail have been working with a documentary crew producing a film on our hockey heritage over the last little while.  While we have solid permissions and fee schedules in place for the use of archival records, one thing we haven't yet developed is a document for film makers handling our collections.  They are working with an appraiser we brought in last year to value our collection (he has a sports heritage background).  He will be filmed handling and discusses our artifacts.

Does anyone have a template or established agreement they are willing to share with me that puts responsibility for the care of our collections on a third party and enforces a code of conduct while these items are being handled?  This is a new venture for us and I was unfortunately unable to participate in the webinar that touched on this topic.

Any advice would be most appreciated!
